Jeremy Hutchins
Chair of the Board; President and CEO
A San Diego native, Jeremy brings two decades of enterprise risk governance and cybersecurity leadership, including service as a Chief Information Security Officer and as a cybersecurity mentor for high school students. His sustained community service has been formally recognized, and he now serves as Chair of the Board and President and CEO of Pueblo Lucero.
Michelle Arregui
Secretary; Treasurer and CFO
Originally from Ensenada, Michelle has built a long career in business operations and finance management and owns an optical store. A dedicated volunteer throughout her career, she brings that same commitment to her role as Secretary and Treasurer and CFO of Pueblo Lucero.
